I am a native of Buffalo NY and grew up in the suburb of Cheektowaga to a blue collar mother and father. An only child I spent my time “on the go” learning life’s lessons in real time. The lessons I speak of were passed down into my two children who now embody them and represent the validity of my life’s philosophy.
The lesson’s I have learned are my most cherished possessions, each one of them came at a cost and I love sharing the knowledge and vision I have gained from them. They are the tool’s I depend on daily in my various leadership roles.
My personal and professional backgrounds are diverse and have equipped me with experience and a skillset that few possess and that many can gain knowledge from. This combined with an intrinsic need to help people, an understanding of having faith and an approach forged in trust give me the ability to be influential beyond most.

In my speaking engagements, certified in Public Speaking by IAP Career College, I merge extensive experience with essential professional and management skills—encompassing time management, effective communication, assertiveness, stress mastery, critical thinking, along with delegation, motivation, coaching, conflict resolution, team building, and resilience against adversity. My workshops, adaptable from brief sessions to extensive seminars, are designed to deeply engage audiences, offering practical strategies for both personal and professional triumphs. This approach ensures participants leave equipped with the necessary tools for excellence, fostering a holistic development that prepares them for the complexities of their careers and personal lives.
